These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Luxury Way's Website, located at https://luxuryway.co.uk.

-Luxury Way shall, as a licensed Private Hire Operator, invite and accept Private Hire Bookings in accordance with private Hire licensing law
-Luxury Way shall confirm to the Customer/Client its acceptance of a private hire booking in accordance with private hire licensing law
-Luxury Way shall, in accepting a private hire booking from a Customer/Client, engage a private hire vehicle driver(s) and private hire vehicle(s) for the service(s)
-Luxury Way shall determine at its discretion the manner of performance of the private hire booking and service(s)
-Luxury Way reserves the right, subject to private hire Licensing law (including, but not limited to, the Equality Act 2010 (as amended)), to refuse a private hire booking request or withdraw a service
-Customer/Client will have to make ensure that all information provided to luxuryway.co.uk for a Private Hire Booking is accurate and correct
-Customer/Client shall pay a fare to luxuryway.co.uk in consideration of the Private Hire Booking and Transportation Service.
-a)Customer/Client will have to pay any additional charge(s), howsoever incurred, to Luxury Way, at a reasonable rate specified by Luxury Way for the following:
a)1 Acts or omissions by the Customer/Client during provision of the Private Hire Booking(s) and Service(s) resulting in expense or loss by Luxury Way
a)2 Waiting time resulting from acts or omissions by the Customer/Client during provision of the Service.
a)3 Airport parking expenses incurred during the Private Hire Service(s)
a)4 Cancellation of a Private Hire Booking by the Customer/Client after engagement, or commencement, of the Service
a)5 Congestion or Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) charge expenses incurred during the service.
-Any additional charges will be made upon completion of the service by the Customer/Client
-Fares and Additional Charges will be collected by Luxury way on a credit or debit card payment or bank transfer and some extreme instances cash
-We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances out of our control.
-Customers/Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and or exterior of a vehicle, on hire to them, and will be charged accordingly for any repair or valeting required in order to reinstate a vehicle to working order ,as well as any loss of business for the driver for the consequence of their vehicle being off the road
-Luxury Way requests a minimum of 8 hours notice for any online bookings
-The driver will drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits
-We may subcontract bookings to another private hire operator
-By supplying us with your email you give permission to luxuryway.co.uk to contact you via email, and in return, we promise to never supply your email to any third party
We reserve the right to change your vehicle or driver at any time if necessary
-A great effort is made by Luxury Way to ensure that our vehicle(s) or sub-contractors vehicle(s) arrive on time. It is the responsibility of the Customer/Client to ensure that sufficient time is allowed for completion of the hire service.
-Luxury Way does not guarantee the completion of any journey in any specific time and will not be liable for any direct or consequential loss, delay or inconvenience caused to the passenger(s) by the actual journey time (including but not limited to flight and hotel costs)
-Our driver(s) will travel by the most appropriate route on the day unless instructed by the Costumer/Client at the time of booking
-Luxury Way vehicle(s) and sub-contracted vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims. Customer(s)/Client(s) properties are carried entirely at their own risk and Luxury Way will not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to costumer/client property
We have a strict NO-Smoking policy in all vehicles
-Luxury Way have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat either to driver, the vehicle or any other passenger or member of the public
-All payments are due in full 24H before any booking is undertaken.
-Costumer/Client will pay any additional waiting time, extra hours, car parking and address changes made during the booking
-Bookings cancelled with less than 24H before the start of period of hire are non-refundable
Unless otherwise stated, Luxury Way and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on luxuryway.co.uk. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from luxuryway.co.uk for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
